Mountain View Farm is peacefully nestled in the foothills of the Western Maine Mountains.
This hidden gem is a newly renovated two story house that boasts 4 sizable, comfortable bedrooms that sleeps 13 people. 2 bathrooms allow for plenty of space for everyone in your party to use the facilities simultaneously.
If you’re planning to host guests during your stay, you can be sure you’ll have the space to do so comfortably with the open kitchen, a large private porch with barbecue grill, dining area and living room with a functional fireplace.
Hosting a family reunion or maybe a summer wedding?** You can spend your days lounging in the sand or swimming at your private beach/pond. There are several lounge chairs provided as well as umbrellas. The beach has several picnic tables under the pavilion that can be used rain or shine. We’ve also provided a barbecue grill conveniently located by the beach under the pavilion for cookouts as well. The fire pit and electricity allows for warm evenings with lights.
While the grill master prepares the perfect meal others can engage in the perfect cookout games; a bonus including horseshoes and badminton.
There are many local attractions within a 20-30 minute drive. You could drive to North Conway to enjoy the outlets at “The Settlers Green.” Joining us during the winter? Slide on over to partake in skiing or other snow recreational activities at King Pine Mountain ski area; just a 15 minute drive away.
Whether you’re planning to stay during the summer or winter months there is sure to be activities for everyone. The manicured trails located right outside the back door are perfect for hiking, mountain biking or snowmobiling. The Burnt Meadow Mountain snowmobile trails go directly through the center of the property with endless miles of trails that will undoubtedly provide hours of entertainment or spend time sunbathing, swimming or fishing at the pond.

This property is a gem! We were 2 families with 5 young kids total staying here. The house was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean and modern. The best thing is the access to the private pond beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas are already setup by the pond. We spent as much time as possible at the pond. The kids were thoroughly entertained. The grill is clean and we grilled for all of our dinners. We hope to return next year!

There are plenty of beds and great views at this cute little house. We enjoyed sitting on the little beach in our down time.

My husband and I and our five young adult children really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful! Only 10 minutes from NH, so we did some hiking in the White Mountain/Conway area, in addition to hiking part of the trail on the property. We also drove 2 hours to catch the subway to Boston for a day. Conveniently located just an hour from Portland, so it was an easy drive in to the airport on our last day. The house itself was very comfortable and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. Easy to contact the host, and we received a visit on our first day to make sure everything was ok.
