Had some family stay here. Inside is small but very new and clean, outside is shabby chic. We used one of the docks to use our small boat, made it a great stay. Great deal for the price.

Quaint Lodging. No central air conditioning. 2 Loud window units in the living room and bedroom. Make note if you need quiet for sleeping. Very little kitchen supplies, no wine glasses, etc. It is definitely as described and nothing more.

The place is okay, but there was a strange smell in the bathroom. The property manager said they were going to check it, but I never heard back. Check in says to park in spot #4, but on a chat, she says #1. I parked at #4, and then I was asked to move my car immediately.
