Relaxing 4 bedroom home with heated Pool

The house is in a great location with quick access to all Punta Gorda has to offer. Extremely Clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool!

Nice quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything. House was spacious and check in and out was seamless. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when we got there as there must be a leak. This required a hose to refill each day just to keep the water high enough to have the pump and heater work. We wanted to use the outdoor grill but it was in such a poor condition, it would not have been safe to use it to grill food.
