About this house rental
This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. Don’t under estimate being walking distance to the beach! There are only 2 public parking lots and very often they’re full leaving you zero parking options.
The house features a large, and heated pool with private, large screened lanai. The pool feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).
The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors.
The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a high quality mattress, flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower.
The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen!

House is very comfortable and is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. Host is great and responds to any communication very quick. This is our second year and will probably come back next year.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the house in early April. The house was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We spend most of our time at the pool which was great. Then was a minor issue with the operation of the pool which Karen took care of immediately. She was very responsive to the few requests we had. The beach was a relatively short walk from the house so it was easy to head down for the afternoon or to view the sunset. It is also centrally located so we could walk to restaurants or shops if we wanted to. One minor issue is the tvs are on the older side so if you want to stream certain channels you may need a certain adapter or mirror it from your device. Wasn’t a big issue for us.We would definitively stay here again for a future trip.

Second time staying at this property - we love the location and it’s perfect for our party’s beach and pool lovers. We also appreciate the full kitchen and ability to grill. We look forward to coming back!

Very disappointed in this property. The bed linens smelled as if they hadn't been washed in months. Direct TV went out and no reply from owner. Hot water in master bath was luke warm, at best. Only 5 coffee cups and 4 bowls. Dishwasher had to be run each day.
