This home is centrally located from everything! And don't worry about cell signal here! Signal is great and we have WiFi speeds up to 500 Mbps for all of your cell and streaming needs!

As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a charming and modern decor that makes you feel right at home! The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal.
But the real star of the show is the private hot tub on the deck! You have the most private hot tub in the entire neighborhood. We also have beautiful LED string lights over the hot tub for you to enjoy some nice lighting late at night! Just say, "Alexa, turn on (or off) the string lights!" Whether you're looking to relax after a long day of hiking or just want to soak under the stars, our hot tub is the perfect place to unwind.
Each bedroom features very comfortable mattresses and plenty of closet space, while the two bathrooms ensure that there's never any waiting in line for a shower. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed while the secondary bedroom features a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses.
When you're ready to explore the area, you'll find that everything is just a short drive away. The condo has a smart locking system and security cameras on the outside of premises to ensure your safety and comfort. Parking on the premises is free and is available to multiple cars.

After booking, we'll send you the access code the day of your arrival. In the property, you'll also see our welcome book, which features all of our recommendations, a comprehensive list of things to do around the area, and other information that may be helpful for your stay!
Some very basic rules for the townhome:
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 6 (including children)
- NO smoking ($500 fee minimum)
- NO drugs
- NO parties
- Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff
- Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood
- Pet limit is 2. Pets must not be left alone unless otherwise agreed to by hosts.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm
- Check out is at 10:00 am
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am

My family and I have stayed here every time we come to Pigeon Forge. We always enjoy our time. The host is very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The place is very clean. The location is perfect!

The place is cute and reasonable priced, especially for spring break. It was clean and exactly as advertised. We used the hot tub a couple of times, which was why we booked the property. It was very nice to have ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms.

Cozy townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable with great amenities - the hot tub/deck was a hit, and the Instagram wall was adorable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and because there are no street lights, it was very dark at night - fantastic for a good night's sleep. (But lots of airborne bugs are attracted to the porch light - so be prepared to rush in/out at night.) Lots of grass around to walk your dog, and we always felt safe doing so. Location is a plus and a minus - quiet neighborhood far away from the congestion of the Parkway, but then we had to drive to everything. Fortunately, it was an easy 10-minute drive to anyplace in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, so it was never a problem.
