Our brand new top floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun.

The condo is situated right off Highway 191 and is 10 minutes away from Arches National Park, 35 miles away from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, and near countless other attractions.

Excellent property, perfect for our family of 5. Just a few minutes from downtown. We really enjoyed the pool as well.

Very clean and well-appointed condo. Not too far south of Moab and nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. Loved having the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great view of mountains and red cliffs. Though close to highway, quiet and relaxing place to unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring. Quick and efficient response from management. Had some difficulty with the lock and Tyler responded almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again!
