A cozy 70-square-meter apartment, laid out over multiple levels, accommodating 5 people, located on the first floor of a building in Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside resort near Taormina, about 100 meters from the beach. The property features two furnished gardens, two assigned parking spaces, and access to the building’s shared pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, TV, and access to the garden;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, desk, and closet;
- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed (two single beds), dresser, and access to the garden;
- BEDROOM III with a single bed and access to the garden;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TWO SEPARATE GARDENS with tables, chairs, and armchairs;
- COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in the room with the single bed, in the room with the bunk beds, and in the living room), fan, washing machine (outdoors), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.
Two assigned private parking spaces (nos. 19 and 20).
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are some steps and stairs inside the apartment and in the gardens: please be careful if traveling with children.
- The building’s shared pool is open from July 1 to September 30, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Please follow the rules posted on site.
- The two parking spaces are covered (suitable for SUVs, but NOT for large vehicles). Please park carefully to avoid damage. Parking space dimensions: 4.80 x 2.22 m each.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
For all check-ins between 8:30 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM: EUR 25;
From 10:30 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 35.
Check-ins cannot be arranged after 12:00 AM, even for a fee.
