The unit was clean and nicely furnished. We arrived early, and the host worked with the staff to get the unit ready as soon as possible. We had access to showers and changing areas before the unit was ready, which was great (needed to dress for a wedding). Great location very close to the Lionshead gondola. Our only negative was that the unit got quite warm overnight. Being on the ground floor made opening windows a privacy challenge.

My #1 priority when booking was access to a hot tub. While our stay was lovely and comfortable we were extremely disappointed to learn the hot tub was closed. I would have booked elsewhere had we known. If you want a clean, cozy residence with access to slopes and walking distance to shops and restaurants please book this property. We wanted an escape with a hot tub and were disappointed to find it closed
