About this house rental
This is a traditional authentic cave house, built in the early 1800s. It has huge walls, and it is cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. It has a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view, since the cave house is on a cliff, on top of the caldera.
It sleeps four.
The house is easily identifiable by its huge cactus tree, on the terrace.
Majestic view, romantic and quiet. Within a radius of 100 meters, there are cafes, restaurants, shops etc.
The cave house consists of a large living room, a bedroom with a large queen size bed and a loft with two single beds. There is a functional kitchen for basic cooking and one big bathroom with a laundry and a dryer machine. There is a brand-new split unit Air Conditioning unit that covers the whole cave house.
Other things to note
You need to use the stairs to get into the terrace of the cave house, where the main entrance is.

We loved our stay in this authentic Cave House from the 1800's. The view says it all but having a kitchen and laundry were invaluable. It's in a central location between Fira and Imerovigli, hilly but walkable. Nikos and Slava were the most informative and responsive hosts we've ever had. They helped guide us every step of the way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the cave house. It is exactly as described and in a great location. The host was very communicative and helped us arrange travel on the island.

We had an amazing time in the Cave House. The house was perfectly suited for our family of four. The views from the patio are breathtaking. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops very easily. You could easily do your entire vacation within 10 mins of the house. The home owner was extremely informative and helpful. He suggested restaurants and things to do in the area. He also suggested a driver for transfers. Each day he sent a message to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything without being intrusive. If you are going to stay in Santorini, this is place to stay.
