This Beach front location is situated perfectly on a corner lot. The home is renovated (2024). It has upgraded amenities, kitchen, service bar, bedrooms and new furniture throughout. There is a private beach path , and conveniently located with additional ramp access to the beach. Relax and enjoy the 180 degree , unobstructed views from the deck. This tastefully decorated condo unit has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably. The added bonus room , pull out sofa can also accommodate additional guests. Seamless check in process! John made himself available to answer all my questions. The house was in excellent condition and the location was perfect for us. Enough space for all of our families to enjoy a great beach vacation for the week. The house also has beautiful finishes and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food for the week. Would definitely recommend!

The location is absolutely amazing. We have come to Ocean City every year for the past 15 years to visit family and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. There is a unit upstairs that you will most definitely hear throughout your trip but we were very fortunate to have mostly quiet neighbors for our trip (sound machines would possibly help). You also need to bring along ALL of the essentials (which for the price I didn’t expect). I’ve never checked into a rental that didn’t at least have a roll of toilet paper in a bathroom to hold you over until you can get to a grocery store. Just a few things that were a complete oversight on my part that I should have asked prior to our stay that would have made the first day a bit smoother.
