About this house rental
Sea Turtle East - Beautiful Beachfront Home on the white sugar sand Fort Morgan beach.
Sleeps 8 - 10 guests, featuring one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, four bunk beds, and two full-size couches (they do not fold out into beds). Large Screen television with Roku and separate smart televisions in each bedroom for video streaming.
We made several updates to the home, including new flooring, new sofas, a new roof, and new ocean-side windows, as reflected in some of the pictures (We removed the tile and installed waterproof laminate - guests so far have raved about it)

The Fort Morgan area is 15 minutes from Gulf Shores, allowing for quick access to amusement parks, zoos, etc., however the short drive provides for an exclusive beachfront experience. No crowds on the beaches, and pristine views from the covered patio. See the dolphins swim by as you enjoy your favorite beverage on one of the back porch rocking chairs.
Larger parties frequently rent both sides of the Duplex (Sea Turtle East and Dolphin West) which will sleep up to 20, and provides two separate, fully equipped kitchens, as well as two separate living room areas (which is perfect for families that want to be in the same home, yet need a bit of private space).

Host initiated early contact with us on directions, instructions for access, and hints to make our stay most enjoyable. We are already planning to return next year. Direct access to the beach was FABULOUS! We really enjoyed the Ft. Morgan area away from tourist land in Gulf Shores. Highly recommend taking the ferry to Dauphin Island plus exploring local forts and other historical sites. Of course, we also enjoyed a visit to Lamberts. Thank you!

We had a nice stay, this is our third stay at this property. The place was as expected, no surprises.

The location is great. The house beside us was loud and had 6 big dogs that they let run free at night and would use the bathroom on the deck. House needs some work we thought we was going to fall throttle floor on a couple places. It wasn’t the cleanest we have ever experienced. On the vents lots of dust build up and sand all over couch. My one year old found some granddaughter found a pill on the back deck. Toddlers will find anything. Some of the pickets on the deck were loose. I know there was a hurricane a few years back and maybe the home hasn’t recovered yet. The other side of duplex neighbors were great!
