The inviting living room is perfect for movie nights, a good book, or catching up with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, with barstool seating for casual dining and a dining table set for six for more formal gatherings.

- This is a walk-up unit that requires 16 stairs.
- Parking is for 2 unassigned spaces (first come, first served).
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- The home is not pet friendly.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

In the heart of everyplace we wanted to be. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful deck. Comfy beds. Large kitchen. Host accessible. Would definitely stay here again.
