About this house rental
We welcome you to our 18th century Alsatian house, completely renovated in 2016.
The house is located in Gueberschwihr, a small medieval and picturesque town on the Alsace Wine Route.
You will be ideally located to discover the charms of Alsace, its vineyards, its villages and its gastronomy.
Distant 15km from Colmar, 5 km from Eguisheim ( "preferred French Village 2013"), 80km from Strasbourg, 60 km from Switzerland and 30km from Germany.
The village has a bakery, a pharmacy, restaurants, doctors, dentist.
The house is located above the village, quiet, making you enjoy a view of the back garden of the house, and the plain of Alsace and the Black Forest elsewhere.
The hiking trails are directly accessible in front of the house.
On the ground floor, you will have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a wellness area (sauna).
On the 1st floor, you have
- an open space of 25m2 consisting of an open kitchen and a living room. Convertible sofa available. Terrace Access
- a master bedroom with shower room, bed 200 * 160
- a separate toilet
On the second floor you have;
- a child's bedroom with a 190 * 140 bed
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a 200 * 160 bed
Outside, an 80m2 garden and a 6-seat SPA.

Very cosy and very tasty, enough space for a family of 6, nice little garden and terrace. A good place to stay in Alsace, outside the busy hustle of the famous villages and still near enough to visit them. Very quiet village with a few small shops, no tourist hotspot, very authentic. Great!!
