About this apartment rental

Very private and quiet top floor unit with high wooden beamed ceiling and no shared walls. Recently remodeled with new appliances, wooden floors, new carpet, very mountain modern feel with gas fireplace. The unit has two balconies with slope and mountain views. A king bed in the master with new memory foam mattress , queen and single in the guest bedroom and sleeps 3-6 in the loft with one king bed and two double futons. There are three flat screen TVs- 65 inch smart TV in the main room, one in the master and one in the guest room. The main grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and local pizza place are a 3 minute walk up the hill. Brand new pool, hot tub, sauna and washer/dryer facilities are shared. A wonderful mountain cabin feel close to restaurants, shopping and the five star Viceroy Hotel.

We had a great stay! Well equipped apartment; Easy walk to the Assay Hill lift and base village. Greg, the owner was super responsive. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location! Close to village, mall, and many restaurants. Greg is the most attentive host we have ever dealt with. Unit was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Convenient location to base of snowmass. Busses pick up right on property and grocery store very close walk. No need for car. Greg owner is fantastic! Enjoy.
