This fit our group perfectly. The house is spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The ferry is minutes away and offers the opportunity to see the city and sunset easily. Bruce, the host, is incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will be back.

This property is in a great location! The ferry is about a 7 minute walk from the house. We bought the Le Pass for 15.00 a person for 1 week which allowed unlimited use of the ferry, streetcars, and the RTA buses. The Ferry is only a 2 minute ride to the French Quarter. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close to the house. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean and just a beautiful, comfortable place to stay ! The bedrooms are decorated beautifully. Nice sized bathrooms, updated kitchen. Highly recommended!

The stay was ok. I didn't appreciate the fact that the owner showed up twice without prior notice. One of the toilet seats was broken and it cut me on the buttocks. The fan blades were removed from the bedroom where I stayed. Also, the owner called me about the door being unlocked, and we were inside the property at the time.
