Just a few steps from accessing Chugach State Park, as well as many nearby restaurants, movie theater and shopping center. Clean and quiet home with all the amenities including internet, cable TV, brand new washer & dryer and full kitchen. 10 minute drive from down town. Onsite parking, nearby public transport and easily on the route for taxis and ride-share vehicles.

The property is fair overall, but I would not stay again. The updated portion of the house is nice, but there was an odor and the dated bedrooms with old carpets and dirty comforters had strong odors and was hard on those of us with allergies. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen appeared nicely stocked, and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The biggest problem was the molded shower…We didn’t use the primary shower due to the presence of lots of black mold, so five of us shared the tub shower.
Just so you know, the toilets are old and very short, so it is hard on the knees of older people or those of us with bad knees.
While I would not stay here again, I rated this home four stars because others may not feel the same way, and I don’t want to discourage guests if they don’t mind smells and mold.
