Oceanfront, Amazing View, Hot Tub Facing Ocean

The house, while looking small and somewhat insignificant from the street, has 4 bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, plus a fabulous 180 view of the Pacific Ocean. Even on rainy days, it's a great place to stay! When things aren't right, owners are responsive and fix it when it's in their power.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. You can’t beat having the ocean right outside. The living room is so comfortable and open to the kitchen. The deck is perfect and the host is terrific. We have also met the woman that cleans the home and she is wonderful, too. We’ll be back!

I wish I could move in!! Though the pictures online capture the beauty, they don’t do the house total justice. The kitchen/living room area is so spacious! We had 10 people plus a baby and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was supplied with all the things needed- we cooked all our meals at the house found everything we needed. The beds were very soft and comfy. There was an abundance of towels and pillows and blankets. And the hot tub overlooking Arch Cape was the cherry on top!! Thank you Stephanie! Our stay was perfect!

Hot tub was filthy and water level too low for anyone to use. It had obviously not been serviced in weeks.Three bathrooms is handy, but the two showers are old and dangerously slippery. Being entirely fiberglass enclosures, it seems they could be replaced at a reasonable cost, and it would significantly improve the property. We had to lay towels down in the tub and shower as they didn't feel safe. Heck, just some no-slip stickies would have helped. Those things aside, the main living room and kitchen are gorgeous and well stocked. Bedrooms are roomy and there's a lot of space. Location is amazing, a good amount of parking for 2 cars. With a clean, useable spa and updated showers, it would have been a 15 on a scale of 1-10.One last note, they want you to wash all the towels and have them in the dryer before you leave. It's not uncommon to request guests start off laundry, but having to get the towels fully washed and in the dryer before leaving made for a very hectic morning of everyone having to be done with showers and dishes more than an hour before checkout. Especially considering there are two washers and dryers, it would have been nice to just put them in the wash and start it before we leave, like most other rentals request.
