Location and neighborhood.
Some items were not fixed properly. Trash in the can. Confuse cleaning service. Confuse process to get the key and open the gate (clerk dependent).

Location. They helped me a lot with check in and check out being so flexible. One day no wifi but they sent me portable router to use instead.
Sometimes noisy and smell of marijuana all over. About company - only one bad remark - as was paying with US$ , some bills they couldn’t accept. So I came later with chilean pesos but person asked me more money then previously agreed. Its not about 4,000 chilean pesos difference but staff being ignorant and not interested to check what was agreed rather to take my money.

Location is great, just a few blocks from Manquehue metro station, Apumanque and Parque Arauco shopping centers. Bed was comfortable, kitchen is small but nicely equipped, plus some kitchen essentials were provided. Maids checked every day for cleaning needs.
Internet was a DSL modem that worked only a few hours every day, slower than my carrier's roaming (I ended up using this instead). Bedroom window did not close properly, causing cold air and noise to come in at night.
