About this house rental
Three minutes from the Pacific, sleeping up to 11, and dripping in Beatles magic, Here Comes the Sun is the big-group beach house your whole crew has been talking about. Four Beatles-themed bedrooms, sweeping picture-window , fire pit, outdoor grill, custom bocce court, kids' game lounge with 65" Smart TV, board games & giant Jenga, beach toys ready to grab and go. We are on a quiet street that has direct access to Long Beach and the Discovery trail.
Guests will be able to access the property in its entirety, indoors, and all outdoor spaces.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
Professionally designed with inspiration from the Fab Four and the Washington coast, every room has its own personality. The main living area opens to huge picture windows, sink into the sectional and watch the light change over your morning coffee.
Downstairs, the kids' lounge is its own world: a 65" Smart TV, plush sectional seating, board games, unique coloring and picture books, and enough throw blankets to survive a nor'easter.
And keep your eyes open. Beatles lyrics are hidden throughout the house, tucked into the reading nook, stenciled above doorways, woven into the décor. It's a scavenger hunt your kids will actually want to play.
KITCHEN & DINING
The open-plan kitchen sits on the second level and is fully stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family feast. Pull up to the island with your coffee, then dine at the rustic table, it seats 10 comfortably. A dedicated coffee bar is ready for early risers who want to take their cup down to the beach. A second refrigerator in the garage handles overflow drinks and groceries for bigger groups.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Three bedrooms each carry their own Beatles-inspired design story, each anchored by a plush king bed with custom details throughout.
The fan-favorite is the Yellow Submarine room, an under-the-sea escape featuring 3 twin beds and a full-size bed that sleeps four. Kids claim it immediately. Adults wish they could.
A full bath upstairs and a ¾ bath downstairs are both stocked with fluffy towels and Puracy bath products.
OUTSIDE: WHERE THE REAL FUN HAPPENS
The backyard is a fully equipped outdoor living room. Roast s'mores at the fire pit, challenge the family to bocce on our custom court, run a cornhole tournament, or just sink into an Adirondack chair and let the pines do the talking. The back deck is perfect for morning coffee or an evening on the grill.
The beach is a 3-minute walk left down the street, the Discovery Trail, too. Load the wagon with skim boards, towels, and the cooler, grab the beach chairs, and create an afternoon you'll remember for years.
The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1/2 mile from the center of Long Beach. You can walk everywhere when the weather is nice or drive when it isn't as nice.
The kitchen and main living room are one flight up. It is worth every step for those picture-window views, but worth noting for guests with significant mobility concerns.
Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood and our neighbors are wonderful we'd like to keep it that way, so this house is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
Dogs are warmly welcome. A full pet kit is on-site including water bowls, waste bags, and a dog towel. Please kennel your pup if leaving them home alone.
Cell service in Long Beach can be spotty but our WiFi is fast and reliable at 469 Mbps, and WiFi calling works great.

Nice property in a great community

What a great place for a family gathering :-) we had seven adults and a two year-old. Close enough to the beach for a few walks per day clean clean clean! And yet it felt very family friendly. The bedrooms were well appointed and and comfortable. The upstairs kitchen/living room had beautiful views and room to spread out while still chatting the downstairs family room had a small table for those of us that had to take work breaks, and another large couch that we could just hang out on together.

The house and location were perfect for a family gathering with kids. Plenty if room for us all to hang out together or to break out into groups doing different activities. The beach was a short walk that even the youngest kids could handle. Tons of beach toys were available so sand castles were constructed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals and the grill was an added bonus. Board games ruled upstairs and Nintendo downstairs. Bedtime was easy on amazingly comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.
