About this house rental
Our Riverfront home is located in Bullhead City Arizona across from the casinos in Laughlin Nevada. Our four-bedroom three bath home is ideally located five miles south of the casinos on the Arizona side of the Colorado river. This 2700 sq. foot spacious home has been remodeled. The entire house is equipped with a whole house air purification system for your comfort and safety (https://rgf.com/test-results/ ).The kitchen has new cabinets, counter tops, drinking water filtration system, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen has all you would need to prepare that special meal. The entire house has new flooring. All the bathrooms have been updated. The house is fully equipped with all linens, paper goods, soaps, and cooking utensils. Our vacation rental has two master suites both with king size beds and two additional bedrooms one with queen and the other one with a king size bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs family room and in the upstairs living room. The upstairs master bathroom has a large, jetted tub plus a large shower and double sinks. The large upstairs guest bathroom has a tub with a shower over it also has double sinks. The living room dining room and kitchen are both on the entry level on the first floor. The large living room which is equipped with a 60'' RokuT.V, Fireplace, and a wet bar, opens to a full-length deck with a propane BBQ, propane firepit, propane heater and large dinning table. The adjoining dinning room also has an unobstructed river view. The second master bedroom is located downstairs with a large window overlooking the river and an adjoining bathroom with a tub and shower over. The family room on the lower level has a game table and a 42’’T.V. with a large picture window overlooking the river and downstairs deck The deck is equipped with a gas fire pit, seating area, with direct access to the sandy beach and river. The beach has a wood burning firepit with ample seating. The floating dock has three jetski ports plus room to tie up a 20’ boat it also has seating for two on the dock The laundry room is a separate room off the garage. The three-car garage has an additional refrigerator, two exercise machines and weights. We have also supplied an air compressor to inflate your water toys.

The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 to stay! Great location on the river! Quiet, private, and great views. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive.
The biggest con was that the house was not very clean. The bathtubs each had 5-10 dead bugs inside. Woke up the first morning to ants in the living room. Cobwebs throughout the house, spiders, a couple cockroaches, and a lot of dead bugs/ dirt behind and underneath furniture. Another con was that the house is not baby/ toddler friendly at all and we had 2 toddlers with us. Lots of breakable decorations throughout the house that are easy for little ones to get into. Also, the baby gate that was provided was so old that it wasn’t sturdy enough to keep the toddlers safe from the stairs. So we ended up buying our own.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The price, location, and size of the house, outweighed any negatives for us and we would stay again!

Very good comforting and extraordinary house

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. We walked in to a flooded home due to a pipe break in the bathroom. Obviously out of the owners control. But we traveled from California to celebrate my husbands birthday and we really had no other place to go so we had no choice but to stay. We got in pretty late, but we swept out most of the water and a restoration company came out the following day and put out loud fans that had to run all night and day to dry the place out. But aside from all of that, we first noticed the house was overly cluttered with older decor, and with alot of stuff comes dust and cob webs that were EVERYWHERE! As if nobody had come in to clean the home in years! There were cockaroach droppings in the kitchen drawers, the refrigerator was filthy, the master shower did not work, the oven didn't work, the wifi did not work and the bbq outside was not clean or provided with propane, so we had to go out and buy one. It was so unfortunate as we paid quite a bit of money to stay here, and we only got refunded less than half the amount we paid. If we had another option to just go elsewhere we would have, but we couldn't, so we tried to make the best of it. We did enjoy the backyard right on the lake, where we tried to spend most of our time. They had a beautiful set up and there was a perfect sandy beach spot. This home has so much potential, And if the cleanliness of the home and the utilities were kept up. I would definitely reccomend.
