As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, 1 bath located at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach you will immediately feel luxury and nature combined. Master bedroom has a king bed with soft silky linens, and a nine foot long maple desk. Bathroom has luxurious towels and toiletries. In the living room you can enjoy lounging on your plush white sofa that also converts into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. Balcony has double daybed and table for two. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.
There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

There is no place I’d rather be than at the residences at 1 Hotel. The apartment, the staff, the quickness of responding to texts. Everything. Clean, wonderful. Decor. Absolutely perfect.

Very nice property. Clean. Updated. Great view of Miami from the balcony. Location is wonderful. Enjoyed the pools, workout facility and restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!
