About this house rental
EV Charger, 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bath house, 2 kitchens, large screened in porch with dining area, large balcony with a covered area to sit outdoors, and enjoy the view in any weather. There is a second balcony off of the master bedroom.
The Pavillion is the perfect place for hosting family reunions. It is located on 8 acres, and is only a 5 minute walk into downtown Southwest Harbor. You can walk into town, but have privacy too!
A 20 minute drive to Bar Harbor, and only 5 minutes drive to Acadia National Park. Hike and explore to your hearts content!
In town there is a Butterfly garden on the water -a great place to picnic, a bike rental shop, a kayak tour shop, restaurants, private sailing charters, and shops galore.
On the 1st floor the Pavillion has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen, living area with two twin beds (good for kids), dining area and a large screened in porch with an additional dining area.
On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a kitchen, dining, living area, and one small balcony off of the master and a giant balcony off the living and dining area. This balcony has a covered area as well so you can dine outside even if it's raining.
Anna's Pavillion is situated on 8 acres with our other vacation rental homes. This makes it a perfect location for family reunions as multiple homes can be rented.
There are fire pits by the pond. We supply the wood.
Happy to recommend activities for everyone. We are family friendly and there is a high chair and pack n plays for your little ones to make packing easier. We put in new washer dryers in the upstairs hallway last year too.

"Comin' home to a place he'd never been before." Some of the opening lyrics to John Denver's Rocky Mountain High encapsulate how our family felt staying at this wonderfully well laid-out home that is conveniently located near Acadia National Park. From the owner's attentiveness during the rental and pre-arrival to the entire stay, I can see why this place was a 10 of 10 on the reviews I checked prior to booking. Now, I get it. We are a three generation family that stayed here for a week-long family vacation. The beautiful green home is nestled perfectly in the trees, there is an Asian decor that Mr. Miyagi would tip his cap to. A four-foot-plus wide hallway in the bedrooms area made it feel even more spacious than it already was. The layout of the home is extremely well-planned. The deck and enclosed dining area under it are absolute gems, you will spend a lot of time in these two places. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils to make any meal. The dual Weber grills outside were immaculate and very high quality. The bathrooms were all spacious and well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo. The grounds were an exploring paradise for the elementary age kids on our trip, woods, clearings for play(tons of recreation equipment in a cute shed near the pond and firepits. The firepits were well provisioned with seasoned wood and firestarters, do yourself a favor and enjoy these at least once during your stay. This is located very close to many of

This house is really great for big family or friend get together. The bedroom to bathroom layout is perfect as no one has to wait to use a bathroom and also allows a lot of privacy. The open deck upstairs is wonderful place to take in the natural and peaceful scenery all around. It’s close and yet far from the noise and crowd of Bar Harbor. Trails are easy to get to and Southwest Harbor can be easily walked to where we enjoyed restaurants, cafes and shops. We come to Southwest Harbor every year, but this is our first time staying here. Our family all agreed it was the best place yet!

Nine of us, aged 3-63, spent a week at this home while exploring Acadia National Park. We found the location to be perfect for us, as it was easy to travel to different parts of the park, and we enjoyed exploring and eating in Southwest Harbor. The house itself was fantastic. It was well maintained and had tons of space for sleeping and hanging out together. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and we found the beds comfortable. Lots of bathrooms for our large group was a welcome bonus! One bedroom with its own bathroom and living/kitchen space was downstairs and that worked out great for our parents with a young child. The screened porch was amazing. The grounds around Pavilion House were beautiful and well supplied for outside fun. And checking out was the easiest process I’ve ever had in a VRBO! Marc was super easy to work with and always responded to questions quickly and thoroughly. We would love to stay again!

The house is spacious and well-located for day trips to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Marc was very responsive to any questions. It was great to be on the quiet side and share the Maine experience with our 3 adult sons and their sig others. Loved the fire pit!
