Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2010. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the U Bahn and Nollendorfplatz U1 and U2, which will take you through the city in the best possible way. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. This apartment is fantastic. First of all, the location is perfect. The apartment was clean and sunny and well supplied. There's a parking spot that comes with the rental with no extra charge. The process entering into the apartment was very simple and a total pleasure because you didn't have to depend on somebody meeting you at a particular time. I hope to stay there again next year when I return to Berlin

My husband and I were very happy here in this compact apartment (like a studio+) that faces a quiet courtyard. It was perfect for our extended stay. The main living area combined a large and comfortable king sized bed with a good sized living area for 2 people. The separate kitchen was small but a good size for 2 people, and well equipped with the basics you might need. The bathroom was a good size, and the water was hot and had nice water pressure. There was good closet storage space as well as cupboards. The furniture, cushions and throw blankets were all clean. The host was very friendly, and always easy to contact. The self check-in was uncomplicated. Groceries, restaurants, shops, and an u-bahn station are all located within an easy walking distance. Overall, this isn't a luxury accommodation, but it's a very comfortable and private place to stay. We love it. Thanks!
