About this house rental
This newly renovated house sits on 5 acres overlooking the White River on the property of the White River Canoe Company. Play your games or attend your events in the morning, and spend the afternoon floating down the White River in a canoe, kayak, or river tube before heading back to your evening activities. Grille on the back deck, lounge on the spacious porch, catch a fish in the river, or just relax with a book in the shade of the wooded back yard. Downtown Noblesville is 5 minutes away and if the weather doesn't play nicely, you can catch a game on a TV in every room or play games at the poker table, the kitchen bar top, or the dining room table that seats 10!

We came into town for a softball tat Grand Park. The location was perfect for our family and plenty of room for our large RV and cars. Check in was easy and Brian was very responsive to our initial questions. The house was very clean and everything was as shown online. Complimentary s’mores kits were a big hit for the girls.

Lots of beds. Nicely remodeled older home. Tons of towels, and kitchen has everything you should need. Check in and out was easy. Had some spider webs and earwigs around, but it's really close to the water in the back, so it's understandable. The place next door seems to do some tubing and canoeing down the water, so (on Saturday at least) a lot of cars park in the front yard without warning, which seemed odd, but they made sure the driveway was not blocked or anything. Overall a nice stay.
