This property is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 2 bicycles and access to Watercolor Amenities, including the Beach Club and Camp. 6 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them when attending the neighborhood amenities.

The condo is centrally located in a beautifully landscaped, Cerulean Park and is situated steps away from the town center and private beach club. The luxury condo is finished with beautiful hard wood and tile flooring throughout as well as top of the line appliances and high-end furnishings. Our park front accommodation sleeps 6 and includes 2 bedrooms furnished with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable KING BED and includes a walk-in closet and master en-suite bath. The Guest room includes a comfortable Queen bed and twin over twin bunk, closet and en-suite bath as well. All top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a 5-star hotel quality experience. Enjoy park views from large wrap around balcony in the condo - dine or indulge in cocktails in the dining room, kitchen or on your private balcony. Or, cozy up with a movie in the comfort of living area furnished with an flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and everything you will need while you are in town. Weddings are not allowed at this condo. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Beach Habitats fines. This unit is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.

Great layout and location! We were overall satisfied with the property. The only recommendation is to have the home cleaned better. There was dust on the baseboards and doors and floors made our feet black. Other than that it was perfect!

Overall we were very pleased with the rental. Location is A+. Beach club is a very convenient 5 min walk away. Camp Watercolor is a 10 min bike ride. We don’t recommend driving there as car parking is very limited at that pool. The inside of the unit was great, had almost everything you could need. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal and it was immediately resolved. The text messaging communication is excellent and very fast. There are only two things we wished the unit had. First, a ceiling fan on the porch. It was so wonderful sitting out there in the morning and afternoon/evenings and it would have been lovelier with a fan to circulate the air. Second is bike tire pump to keep the bike tires inflated. Only one item of caution...theft is a real problem in the area so make sure you keep tabs on your stuff and lock it up. There are 4 units in the building and while we were there 3 of the 4 units experienced theft. We had 2 kids scooters stolen in broad daylight one morning. The people across from us had a cooler and other kids beach toys stolen and the people below us had 2 bikes stolen. Perhaps a camera or a sign indicating the building is under surveillance is in order to help deter this activity. While it was a bummer it doesn’t change our overall opinion of the rental. This is our 5th year coming to the area and we would definitely stay with Beach Habitats again. Thank you!
