Lovely Teton Trailer 40 ft. w/ 3 slide outs, oak cabinets, queen bed, large closet, tv, wifi. Situated 300 yards from the waters edge on Snead Island. 100ft. fishing dock on property. Deep water boat slip available for fee. Property is located at mouth of Manatee River opening into the Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Only 10 minutes from shopping and entertainment. Emerson State park 1 mile away on island. Bradenton 10 minutes, Sarasota 20 minutes, St. Petersburg 30 minutes away.

Great communication with host, checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Very safe and quiet area. Exceptional amenities and one of the few pet friendly rentals. Older camper but good condition. Had the dock night and day to ourselves.

It was an older 5th wheel trailer that was lacking in upkeep. The quality of the trailer has expired, it really should be replaced with a new one. The value for the money paid is poor. Had many issues with the quality of the internet. There were problems with many little bugs in the kitchen and mouse droppings found in drawers. We were disappointed.
