Spacious home with a fully equipped kitchen. Was very disappointed to learn at the last minute that the hot tub would not be available, but at least the owner was willing to discount the price. The main floor air conditioning never worked for us. We called to get better instructions, but the info we were given still didn't work. Temperature on the main floor got up to an uncomfortable 82 in the afternoon. Upstairs and basement air conditioning worked fine.

It was a lovely property. Didn't know construction was starting above us, the day we got there, but otherwise, we had a lovely time!

We enjoyed our yearly family reunion at Hummingbird Springs. The home is amazing - plenty of large bedrooms, nice eating area, and plenty of bathroom space to accommodate all. The privacy of the home was also enjoyed, as well as the BBQ and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly with concerns and questions - which was very much appreciated. We hope to be able to stay again.
