We enjoyed our yearly family reunion at Hummingbird Springs. The home is amazing - plenty of large bedrooms, nice eating area, and plenty of bathroom space to accommodate all. The privacy of the home was also enjoyed, as well as the BBQ and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly with concerns and questions - which was very much appreciated. We hope to be able to stay again.

I tried contacting the property manager 4 times with 3 different phone calls and one email. No phone calls were returned and the email returned was generic with added information in links that were not working. My main question was how stocked the kitchen was. ( The first phone call resulted in the person telling me there were only place settings for 4. I asked how that could be if the place was booked to sleep 14? I really wanted to know if it have an electric grill, crock pot, salt and pepper and the basics or did I need to bring my own. I never found out until I arrived. If you are wondering the same thing, I will tell you the kitchen was fabulous! Blenders, crockpots, electric grill, platters, pans, bowls, and more in abundance. There was also a cupboard with basics like salt and pepper, pam, and misc. items (probably left behind by others). Washer and dryer was nice since we had a hiking day and a lake day and didn't want to repack dirty or wet clothing.The place was clean and spacious and perfect for us and our 4 adult posterity, spouses and grandchildren.
