About this cottage rental
5 minutes from Albi, the Old House of the hamlet of Maresque is an old farmhouse of the eighteenth century renovated (patinas, carpentry old stones, old beams ...) and labeled 4 ears Gites de France. SPECIAL OFFER stay 14J and more to ask.
Very complete equipment. 4G + telephony and WIFI. The three bedrooms (a bed 180 x 200, a bed 160 x 200, two beds 90 x190) each have their private bathroom. The bright living room opens onto a landscape of greenery. For fun, in the evening you can make beautiful outbreaks in the old Provencal wood stove in the living room. The house of 160m2 habitable is totally independent with a large garden, a terrace, deck chairs, a barbecue .... on a property of one hectare with trees and landscaped with a HEATED POOL FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER, as soon as the night temperature on allows (26°C).
The surrounding countryside landscape, combines shady spaces, flowering groves, laurels, fruit trees, boxwood, oaks and centenary weeping willows. Between the land of Cocagne and the Gaillac vineyards, La Vieille Maison offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in an atmosphere of calm and serenity. Wifi, children's gantry, table tennis, petanque and many board games are at your disposal. Complete equipment for baby and child. Sheets and towels provided for any stay of one week or more July and August. Outside this period, it is necessary to count, if you wish, 10 € / bed and 5 € / pers for towels and tea towels. Very briefly, the accommodation was faultless - traditional with splendid views of the most beautiful French farm land and hills. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. The Tarn area is not so much spectacular as gently beautiful and probably underestimated by tourists. Also a rich history and cultural heritage to discover and explore. I cannot recommend this property and its hosts too highly. Thank you!

Our hosts are very proud of the amazing job they did renovating a very old house into a charming place to stay. Rouffiac has easy access to Albi and Toulouse. There were lots of places to hike and forage for cheese and wine. And the pool was the best pool during our two week visit to France with lots of sitting space to enjoy the sunsets.
