Conveniently distributed on a single floor and with three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat.
The spacious open-plan living and dining room offers cosy seating and a dining area with views of the pool and lawn. Step out from the living room onto the large covered terrace; the perfect spot for dining al fresco or watching the sunset with a cool aperitif in hand.
Just 10 minutes by car from Arenal's sandy beach and only 5 km from Jávea's 9-hole golf course, the location could not be better.
JH loves the beautiful pool area and gardens, as well as the spacious interior layout.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.
For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Loved the size of the property very cosy and the location is perfect. very clean, comfy beds and sofas.
Would of been a 5 rating but a couple of things could help being a five. English TV would be great not just Netflix. Agree with other reviews that the sheets are way too small for the beds. A hairdryer in each bedroom is a must for a property that caters for 6 people and a heated pool with a charge for heating would be perfect especially out of the summer season. These are not complaints because we really loved the villa but would be a bonus.

The villa is short drive away from both Arenal and Moraira beach. The villa was clean and has everything there that you would need. There are plenty of good Restaurants nearby but you do need a car. We have used Javea holidays before and they are always very efficient and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return next year!

We loved this villa. We stayed for 5 weeks over the winter and wished we could have stayed longer. It is very well equipped for a long or short stay at any time of the year. We were lucky to have lovely weather and enjoyed a couple of bbq’s and afternoons relaxing by the pool. There was some construction next door, which we’d been informed about before booking but we hardly noticed it. The Villa is a little bit out of town, so you do need a car to get in but there are a couple of restaurants within a 20mins walk or so.
The team at Javea Holidays were excellent. Everyone we spoke to was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.
Thank you to Matt, Jamie and your team for a really enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning again next year! Especially after returning to the snow back home!!
