You can relax on the shaded balcony with sweeping views and cozy outdoor seating, plus you’ll have use of resort amenities like sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Every square inch of this condo has been maximized to provide the most relaxing stay possible, starting with the open and airy layout that creates an organic flow between each distinct space. The living area is well furnished with ample seating for everyone to spread out and tuck in for a movie on the smart tv. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Create special memories around the dining table with seating for 6, the perfect spot for family-style meals in the comfort of your own space.
This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs (32 steps no elevator).
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are provided.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Not pet friendly
- Indoor pool is not available for guest use. The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- Guest does have access to exercise room, arcade, and other onsite amenities.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and the comfort of the condo. The personal touch of having the tvs synced to relaxing spa music was quite nice as we walked in. Lamps turned on were also welcoming. It was a little annoying to have to wait until exactly 4:00 to receive the code for check in. We have stayed other places that send the code 15-30 minutes before check in time. That's nice, so as not to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to be sent. Love the view of the golf course!

I would highly recommend this condo. Very well equipped, comfortable, clean, excellent location and a beautiful view of the golf course. Everything is updated. WiFi worked well. I will definitely stay there again!

The property was clean, it was up four flights of stairs which was a lot to pack luggage as a single person staying. The air conditioner went out, we couldn’t get it fixed until the next day. It was very warm and hard to sleep, but the owners got on it as fast as I could. All in all, it was a good stay
