The residence has direct private access to the park, and the Olympic swimming pool, casino, theater, cinema, mini golf, tennis. Any shops and restaurants nearby (100m), analysis laboratory, bus stop 30m. (Shuttle to Aubenas and its commercial area all day)
A large commercial area 5 kms. including a large INTERMARCHE, a brewery, a Mc Donald's, a Quick, a Buffalo Grill, a Restau Marché, Pizzeria, restaurants and all traditional signs.
Vals les Bains thermal spa is located in the heart of southern Ardèche, (close to Neyrac another station Thermal baths 15 min). It is also an exceptional tourist environment. Visit the village of Antraigues Jean Ferrat (8 kms), the Ardèche mountains, Mount Gerbier rushes source of the Loire (50 minutes), Lake Issarlès natural lake ancient volcano (60mn), red Peyrebeille inn, the cascade of Ray-Pic. If you like winter sports: cross-country ski resort the Estables, downhill and cross, the cross of Bauzon, dog sled rides, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the northern area of Chavade. In the north, the zoo safari Peaugres (90min).
Further south, Aubenas (5 min) with its castle and its bustling market where you can buy directly from local producers. Visit the many picturesque villages, Antraigues (15 minutes), Vogue and castle (20min) Balazuc (20mn), Saint Montan (60mn), the medieval city of Largentière (30mn) etc ... The return of the Chauvet cave classified World Heritage (40mn) Cocalière (60mn) and the troglodyte caves Monbrun (30mn) .The archaeological site of Alba la Romaine, the bishops cited in Viviers (60mn) the Crocodile Farm (75mn). Lanas attraction park (15 minutes).

Sports and many other sights to discover. Caving, climbing, river fishing, tree climbing, horse riding, karting, ULM, skydiving.
Taste the Ardèche with its iced chestnut specialties, blueberries, honey, Ardèche slush, creek, goat's cheese, artisan charcuterie etc. that you can discover in the local markets almost every day and take turns in the surrounding villages. Market at vals on Sunday morning and craft market on Thursday in July at night.
