Our chalet offers 90 m² of living space on a 1,200 m² wooded lot.
Accommodation description:
You’ll find a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
A fondue set, raclette set, and plancha are available for your use.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
One bedroom with a king-size bed (160/200) (Simmons mattress)
One bedroom with a double bed (140/200) (Merino mattress)
A sofa bed with a Dunlopillo mattress in the living room.
Bedding is provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
A cozy living room perfect for relaxing, featuring a smart flat-screen TV, PlayStation 3, and free Wi-Fi.

The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sinks.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner; a maximum of one dog is permitted, and cats are not allowed, out of respect for the property, the neighborhood, and hygiene standards. (Pet waste must be picked up outdoors; pets are not allowed in bedrooms, on beds, or on the sofa) with a security deposit increase to 800e.
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 100e applies. However, the property must be left in a clean and hygienic condition, free of clutter, with trash cans emptied and removed, and dishes clean and put away; otherwise, a deduction from the security deposit may be considered.
