Clean room and overall a good stay. There were a few communication gaps at times, but they were very helpful, especially my first night there — they picked me up and got me pizza after I arrived. For the majority of the stay, they were always willing to help with anything I needed.

A really lovely location, wonderful hosts, with added touches such as body wash and coffee. Having a place to wash clothes is a definite bonus.
Location to Pompeii was great and very secure.
All in all a great place to stay.
