We absolutely loved staying here. We were able to come in the evening and relax after a full day of enjoying Branson. We would most definitely stay again! Would most definitely recommend.

Check in and kitchen facilities were great. The toilet seat was loose, and the furniture needed attention. The springs were hanging below that brown chair, the gray chair had a loose arm, and those metal chairs in the kitchen were trendy, but uncomfortable to sit in very long. The bed was great!We never could get the local tv channels. Written instructions would be helpful. Called the property manager and what she told me to do didn't work. We loved the location and would stay there again.

I am not a picky person and do not ask for much in a rental condo. But this one was a disappointment. On the positive side the unit was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was also relatively easy to communicate with the owners. On the negative side the furniture in the living room and kitchen was cheap and uncomfortable. The love seat (fold out bed) cushions sag into the middle and there is no coffee table or side tables to set anything on. The kitchen table chairs are very small metal chairs that you wouldn't want to sit on for more than 10 minutes at a time. There are two other chairs in the living area but both are cheap and not comfortable and one arm on one of the chairs pulled away from the chair when you sat on it. So the only place to be comfortable in this condo was when asleep at night. The other issue is that the people who live upstairs sound like they are running a marathon every night in their condo. You can hear running every night from 5-10 pm. I realize that this is not the owner's fault but it is annoying. Due to the uncomfortable furniture and noise from upstairs I would not stay in this condo again. The owners need to invest 1500 into some better quality furniture for the unit.
