It is a good location to visit the American Dream Mall and not too long to get into Manhattan. Highly suggest it if you are looking for a base whilst exploring the nearby areas. Pos:-Very clean.-Easy 2nd floor walk up.-Owner/managers are very communicative and easily reached.-The beds were very comfortable.-Good eateries within walking distance.Cons:-Parking! If your in a vehicle that isn't tiny, you will not fit in the provided garage space and street parking was problematic at best. We had to pay for a parking garage about half a mile away.-As comfortable as the beds are the couch is super uncomfortable.
