This beautifully renovated single-storey villa is located in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro, in the heart of the Algarve, within easy walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and lively bars. The villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and has been tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. The master bedroom with king size bed and twin bedroom has zip and link beds making it possible to be a super king size.
The open plan layout creates a bright and airy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Modern comforts include air conditioning, electric shutters, a wood-burning fire for the cooler months, and underfloor heating in the master bathroom.
Outside, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor sofa area, perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine. A stylish outdoor seating area with a retractable sun shade offers the ideal space for al fresco dining, complete with a built-in barbecue for relaxed evenings with family or friends.
The villa is ideally situated just a ten-minute drive from the stunning Benagil caves, with several renowned golf courses nearby for enthusiasts. Local vineyards offer wine tasting experiences, while nearby water parks provide fantastic entertainment for children. This villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing and well-rounded stay in one of Portugal’s most picturesque coastal towns.

We stayed 8 nights as a couple with a 2 year old - the house had everything we needed, and the pool was very comfortable in March. The area is private and peaceful neighbourhood. Would recommend

Lovely Villa on the outskirt of Carvoeiro
The Villa has recently been modernised with a new kitchen and new beds. This is our 3 time at the villa and we have already booked for next year. Thank you

House itself beautiful and equipped to very high standard but lots of niggling issues . Key safe didn’t work so couldn’t access property on arrival . Lots of things not checked eg WiFi , tv , oven . Pool was way too hot for first couple of days - either been covered or heated before we arrived . Had power failure and couldn’t access fuse box ( door locked ) . Alarm was broken so went off and we couldn’t reset . Such a shame as most of these issues could have been avoided if property checked over before we arrived ,
The listing states the property is walking distance to town - this is correct but no mention made of very steep walk back which I feel is slightly misleading .
