This apartment officially classified Tourism ***, tastefully arranged 2024, fully equipped and furnished, located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence, with swimming pool and paddling pool for young children, nestles in the heart of a magnificent park of 3 hectares with Mediterranean species opening onto a beautiful sandy beach, bordered by a pine forest facing the island of Porquerolles. Composed of a living room and a very functional American kitchen, a small alcove bedroom and a modern bathroom with bath / shower and WC, fitted with cupboards, suitcase storage and a free individual safe , it is extended by a terrace / loggia furnished and very pleasant, facing south-east for lunch in the summer.
You benefit from a private parking for vehicle, doubly secured by entry residence (digicode) and private company of surveillance with security guards in season.

It was good to book a flat at the beach in high season because of the strong traffic. Very nice park, we let our little boats to paddle just behind the bushes, nobody has stolen it. Very familiar and quiet place, even in high season. Many little childs with their grandpa and grandma. We enjoyed the clean beach and also Hyeres was great in the evening. You can do lots of water sport at Giens, also a trip to the Poquerolles is recommandable.
But the flat is really to small for four persons! It was often stressfull. It is everything in the kitchen you need. The flat could be renovated. There is no climacy so we let the windows opened by night, so you have also some mosquitos. The safesty is good because of security mens day and night. Good middle-class people there and also at the beach. We let our towels and staff at the beach to go for lunch into the flat. When we return to the beach, everything was still there.
