Beautiful holiday home in the middle of a picturesque landscape in the heart of Istria.
The house was newly built in 2013 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to vacation together.
The complete equipment is new and modern and offers all the comfort you need for your vacation.
The ground floor has one large and one small kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a recreation room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, a long balcony with a beautiful view and 2 bathrooms.
On the beautifully landscaped and fenced property, a 70 m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to come and refresh yourself at any time. In the garden there is also a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and a natural environment. In addition, the garden is also equipped with a children's play area.
There is also a part of the pool made for KIDS so that parents can completely relax on their vacation :)

Everything was perfect - starting
with the contact with Kristina before arriving, having a great time in the house and ending with a warm farewell at the end.
The location of the house is definitely more in the village but is was perfectly fine because this gave us absolut the rest we needed. On the other hand driving to Pula or Rovinj took us only 30-40 minutes!
The house itself was very modern and 100% as described! You can stay here easily with 6 adults and 6 children because the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house are huge. The property is huge and really very nice. Even though it is not fenced you have all the privacy you need.
Thanks for a very nice holiday - it will for sure not be the last time!!!

We had a lovely vaccation in this beautiful house. We were a big family in age 7 to 73 who spent a week here and everyone enjoyed the facilities in the house.
From playing pool to take a bath in the pool. We really appriciated the airconditions in all the bedrooms and the blackout curtains in every window so we all had goodnight sleep every night.
The surroundings are relaxed and nice. It is not far away from a small grocerie shop where you can find the most common groceries and fresh bread in the morning. You do need a car to go to bigger shops, restaurant and beaches but the house is situated near many places so it was not a problem for us.
The hosts Kristina and Zlatko was really nice and helpful and did everything so we could enjoy our vaccation.
We would love to come back to this house!
