Beautiful and centrally located Biltmore area condo in gated community! This highly upgraded and newly remodeled condo offers visitors a great vacation experience. Enjoy peaceful morning coffee or amazing Arizona evenings while sipping cocktails on the patio. There are lots of activities right on premises. There is a heated (year-round) swimming pool and hot tub on property. A fully equipped fitness center and sauna is just steps away. There are barbeque grills throughout the complex for your use, and ramada areas perfect for picnicing or stargazing.
There are so many options if you'd like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from and many are within walking distance. A full-service grocery store is within walking distance as well. Multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities are close by. Also close to Grand Canyon University, Waste Management Open/TPC Golf Course, Barrett Jackson Car Show/Auction, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, Indoor Skydiving, Top Golf, Medieval Times, Fashion Square Mall, Kierland Commons, Old Town Scottsdale and just a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix. Very easy access to highways. For a day trip, head north to check out the Grand Canyon, which is about a 3.5 hour drive or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona, which is a 2.5 hour drive. The Wild West town of Tombstone is about a 3 hour drive south.
Just staying in and relaxing is a great option too! Enjoy the beautiful decor and upscale furnishings. You will feel totally comfortable with central air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. The king size master bedroom offers new, luxury bedding, a walk-in closet, large television and a private spa-like bathroom retreat. The couch in the living room has a queen size sofa bed.
The indulgent living room area has a 65" Smart TV, so you can stream your favorite movies or TV shows. Cable TV is included as well. Free high speed Wi-Fi throughout, games and books are also provided for your relaxation and fun. Come enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (brews both full pots or individual K cups) and ample cookware and dinnerware. The dedicated parking spot is located in the underground parking area and just steps from the elevator. This property was fantastic. It was very conveniently located. The unit was large and very well appointed. The pool was very nice. I would rent this property again.

Amazing! This place exceeded our expectations in every way. As someone who’s a bit of a clean freak, I can honestly say the condo was immaculately clean. It’s modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable.The private garage parking and convenient access to the elevator made everything easy, and the location overall is excellent. This was our first time doing Spring Training, and we absolutely loved the experience.The pool and fitness center are just steps away, which was a huge plus. The host was communicative, thoughtful, and made our stay seamless from start to finish.We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely condo. Pool area has lush foliage and plenty of sunny and shady areas to relax in throughout the day. And to top it off there’s a gentle water feature that gives the sound of moving water. Love this place!
