While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

-If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Spa heating is included in your stay.

Excellent property. Everything was as described and everything functional. Absolutely no issues & stay was enjoyable for 2 families. Beds, Linens, Towels you name it was perfect. Will return again soon, thank you
