About this villa rental
Large villa (167m2) very well equipped, in a serene and privileged setting, in the heart of a 5000m2 plot, located in a small village of Balagne "URTACA" overlooking the valley of Ostriconi, at 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beach of Corsica, the door of the desert of the Agriates "Ostriconi".
The house on two levels is very sunny, situated overhanging a hill, it enjoys a outstanding view of the plain, the sea, the village and the mountains. The entrance is on the first floor.
First floor: living room, kitchen, terrace, separate wc, parental suite (bedroom, bathroom and toilet, dressing room)
Second ground floor (low): 3 bedrooms, bathroom and wc
You will enjoy the new heated private swimming pool and its breathtaking view. Swimming with the only compagny of eagles and swallows is an unforgettable experience.
Dimensions of the pool: length 9.50m, width 5.80m, depth from 1.20m to 1.70m
The oaks that surround the house will preserve your privacy. You can sunbathe, lunch, dinner or take the aperitif on the terrace of 50m2. Wonderful sunsets will accompany you throughout your stay.
Beautiful walks of all levels are possible from the house: trail of Lama, Monte Astu, plateau of Tenda, collar of San Pancraziu. Likewise, you can enjoy our little river which is 10 minutes walk from the house.
The road leading to the house has been redesigned to offer you easy access and parking. The private parking can accommodate several vehicles.
The location of the village of URTACA is exceptional at the crossroads of Haute-Corse, between sea and mountains, near Ile-Rousse, Calvi, Saint-Florent, Ponte-Leccia, Corte, Bastia.
It is an excellent starting point for many excursions: Balagne valley of Fango, Scandola Nature Reserve, Agriates desert, Cap Corse, Tartagine forest, valleys of Asco and Restonica with Melo and Capitello lakes The Niolo and forest Aitone, Castagniccia.
For lovers of the sea, the Farniente and sports: beautiful beaches nearby with many water sports available.

A beautiful property in a lovely area benefitting from stunning views. Incredibly peaceful with only the occasional sound of church bells to break the silence.Amenities in the property were really excellent.Danielle was a superb host, very friendly and helpful and super responsive whenever I had any questions. Loved this place and would thoroughly recommend.

The house is located in idyllic urtaca between plants, beautiful stone houses, frindly people and corsican dogs. Danielle picked us up for the last meters of the drive (narrow streets make navigation the first time not super easy). She showed us the house ans handeln over the Keys. The house and the viel was as beautiful as the pictures promised. Big kitchen well equipped, beautiful Terrasse for outside eating...amazing heared Pool. Linsen, towels, hairdryer all provided. Danielle Was an amazi g host who andwered question, welcomed us. All in all 12 out of 10 points for this house and its owner. Who likes to be in a non touristic spot and doesn't mind the drive through narrow streets will love this

Perfect place to get away and enjoy what Corsica has to offer. Lovely pool, beautiful views out to sea and into the mountains. Perfect location for hiking, beach trips, doing nothing, or exploring the nearby towns and villages. You will need to drive at least 20 minutes to get to restaurants and supermarkets but there are a few towns nearby with lots of great food available. Our host Danielle was extremely friendly and very accommodating and helped us with finding the places we need to.
