We thuroughly enjoyed our stay at Kari's beautiful Foothills home. The home was just as described and even exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the washer & dryer were an added bonus. We are avid coffee drinkers and there was a large and varied supply of Keurig coffee pods. The location was great in a very quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to restaurants, groceries and Interstate 8. Kari was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. This place is just exactly how it looks in the listing pictures. Clean, everything anyone could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved it!

This is the 2nd stay at this house. I loved it the first time and this second time was the same. The host is always available to answer questions, any time of the day or night. This is a home that you can feel comfortable and safe in. Great location in the foothills next to golf courses & sand dunes. This house has plenty of fenced in parking areas including a large covered RV spot with hookups. There is a great rooftop view of the sunrise and sunset. This house has everything a person would need including washer and dryer. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this house or host & will try to stay there again in the future if needed.

We are more than pleased with our rental of this property. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. Large kitchen area allows for multiple people preparing meals. All around, very pleased. One item that did not affect us directly, is that the ceiling fan in the bunk room is close to the top bunk. Probably best to not use the fan if someone in top bunk.
