Summary:
This apartment provides the best location in Hiroshima city. Just nearby they have a huge Daiso, 2 Convenience store and Peace Park.
All the local restaurants plus a 5 min walk, you will arrive at Peace Park simply within 4 blocks only.
My place provides a huge open space with 2 queen size bed plus 1 wide size double sofa bed.
All the kitchen tools are provided, laundry machine with dry function (detergent is ready).
Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

Open huge space, provide with 2 Queen size bed plus 1 wide double sofa bed, 100% private for your stay, no share with other people, all the item under my list, Hiroshima .are free to use.
The apartment is located in the most convenient location.
Close to all the important sights, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants just across the street.
A quiet neighborhood.
This Apartment is located a resident area of HIROSHIMA, all you need is here. Exterior of apartment already has restaurants around, supermarket, shopping malls, center coffee shop, Miyajima, center, convenient store, in the walking distance already have a street car.
If you go to the peace Miyajima, my apartment is the best location in Hiroshima.
Because tram station connects 2 places comfortably.(Hiroshima station, my apartment, and can take streetcar directly to Miyajima island as well)
you can walk to The peace park for 5 minutes.
This apartment is the comfortable low bed , Japanese low bed style.
Thick mattress will be suitable for your wonderful rest
The Wind is a good feeling to enter from two big windows of to lie in bed.
You can relax And Comfortable the place with surrounding all you needs. Like restaurants and convenience store. Hotel style ( body wash, towels )

Directly arrive in 10 to 15 mins by street car from Hiroshima station,
the steer car station is mostly in front of my building, where you can go to Miyajima island directly as well.
This apartment is 100% private for you, you are welcome to access any space in this department.
The Neighborhood:
Most convenient in a residential area.
24 hours supermarket, 2 convenience stores right by the building. Restaurants like Okonomiyaki, Chinese, Yakitori, Udon... everything!
Drugstore, Bank, Post Office, Train Station and a shopping mall too.
Getting Around:
15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station
1 minute walk from the nearest tram station.

Please be quiet at public space
I have hired a professional hotel cleaning team to prepare the apartment for you. so surely can have a very nice clean apartment during your vacation.

The futon is self-service(on the sofa bed in the shelf ), all the set are in the storage/shelf , it ,with English labels, clean bed sheets, pillow cover , mat ,fat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.
CCTV/Securtiy Camera :
My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.
It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.

This place was great for our family of four. The host was wonderful to work with. Extremely clear and prompt communication within minutes of messaging questions. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was really soft and nice. The couch unfolds into another full sized bed. I appreciated the extra blankets on nights when it’s colder. The shower area is quite nice. The entire place was clean and didn’t have a smell. I appreciated the English instructions on the washing machine. It made it much easier to use. If you do choose to use the dryer portion, one load will take over half the day to finish, so air drying is probably better. Our clothes smelled off when we took them out, so I chose not to do another load. This location is on a busy intersection so at night you hear the traffic signals, train and traffic. There was also construction going on all night which was quite loud, though none of these things were the host’s fault. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The beds and the host were the main reasons for the 5/5 stars.

This condo was perfectly located in Hiroshima, close to a street car station and a supermarket as well as walkable distance to many of the sights we wanted to see including the Peace Mémorial and Museeum. The space was big compared to our other hôtels in Japan and the beds were very comfortable. The only Little thing was that there was no information on the free bikes which were advertised in the title of the ad. We thought bikes would be provided at the condo location but no. We would still come back if ever in Hiroshima again.

Three of us were very pleased with this residence. So close to transportation. Walkable to Peace Park and then the amenities. Our favorite local restaurant two blocks away. Clean. Perfect bed and pillows. No subtle residue of cigarette smoke at all (huge). Quiet neighbors (didn't hear anyone at all).
My one son mentioned he would like to be a block away from the street trams. It didn't bother me or my other son. Kitchen had everything we needed.
I look forward to visiting Hiroshima again and I will search out this location again.
