About this house rental
Spacious, bright house with a garden and terrace: Just a 10-minute walk through the woods to the beach.
About the area:
Our cozy lodging, “Strand und Wald,” is located not far from the center of the tranquil lakeside resort town of Zinnowitz. You’re just about 500 meters from the beach, which is reached via a picturesque path through the woods. The beach is a wonderful place to stroll, swim, fly kites, or sunbathe. The beach promenade features a children’s playground and a swimming pool with a wellness area.
In the town center, just under 800 meters away, you’ll find bakeries, small restaurants, snack bars, shops to browse, a movie theater, a pharmacy, and several supermarkets.
The Achterwasser (Bodden) is just under 1 km away and easily accessible on foot or by bike. It’s ideal for idyllic outings by the calm waters or birdwatching in nature—especially recommended in spring and fall.
The Accommodation:
Our spacious house spans two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The first floor features a large living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom and a separate shower. The private garden with a large patio invites you to relax, barbecue, and spend time together. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on cozy seating and enjoy the view through floor-to-ceiling windows, even in windy or rainy weather. Of course, we also have a TV and free Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom and a children’s room equipped with a bunk bed, toys, and books. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel crib. A large bathroom with a bathtub provides relaxation after long walks.
As part of our “Strand und Wald” vacation home, we can also offer a smaller studio apartment in the same house with a separate entrance. Fully equipped with its own outdoor area and private terrace; ideal for 2–3 people.
We look forward to welcoming you!
