About this villa rental
Villa Judita is a traditional two-story house dating back to the 17th Century, fully renovated with all the modern amenities guest needs for a very comfortable stay. With free WiFi, Netflix, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, and all the appliances in the kitchen. Located in Zadvarje village, a hinterland of Makarska Riviera with beautiful pebble beaches nearby, with natural shade by pine trees and so many gastronomic offers.
* The outdoor of Villa Judita offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m that is heated and has a hydro-massage. An outdoor dining area for 6 people, with a traditional barbecue, a fridge, 4 deck chairs, sun umbrella. Surrounded by stones, with amazing panoramic views of the Biokovo mountain and Zadvarje landscape, gives you a perfect base to relax from your stressful work, and believe us, you will!
There is a parking place for two cars on a private plot (the level below the pool area)
* A living area is a few stairs up and offers A living room with Air-condition, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, Netflix, a comfortable sofa that converts two sleeping beds 90 x 200cm, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a toaster, water kettle, a coffee machine Nespresso, a dining area for 6 people, and all you need for a comfortable stay. There is a separate toilet and a washing machine.
* A bedroom area is located on the lower floor using a spiral staircase from the living area. Bedroom no1 offers a double bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, a ceiling fan, an A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom no2 offers a double bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, a ceiling fan, and A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Very thick stone walls will keep you cool in the summer in a natural and more healthy way.
Villa Judita is perfect for a romantic holiday, or for a family or friend gathering. If you prefer a relaxing or yet active holiday, staying in this wonderful stone villa that has a lovely and unspoiled, traditional neighborhood is a great choice.

Lovely villa, it had everything you would expect and was furnished/equipped to a high standard. The added bonus of dehumidifiers to use alongside the air-con was a good option to keep the humidity down in the lower floor. Comfortable indoor living area, with good quality TV.Nice heated salt water pool (better than chlorine in my opinion) with comfortable sun beds - but I would suggest you bring your own beach towels, the supplied ones are not big enough nor thick enough.Access to bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs is via a narrow spiral staircase, which wasn’t a problem for us but might cause some with reduced mobility a problem, but the bedrooms are dark and very quite due to the stone walls and small traditional windows with 2 very comfortable/high quality beds …… we slept so well !! and the 2 bathrooms were both of equally high standard with the bathroom ‘welcome’ packs a nice touch.Owners are very nice, available after handover day on WhatsApp if you have any questions or need help with anything.My only issue if we had one, which wasn’t an issue with the owners or the villa was the surrounding area, there really wasn’t any good restaurants within close distance which meant most evenings we cooked in the villa.If you are looking for action or activity - the town of Omis is approx 45 mins by car, in Omis you can book boat trips to other islands, river canyon boat trips, zip lining if you’re feeling adventurous and lots more.

This really is a lovely villa, owned by two of the nicest people, who looked after us wonderfully during our two-week stay. They left us food in the fridge when we arrived and were even kind enough to buy are some domestic wine, and refused to take a penny for it. The villa sits in a cul-de-sac on the side of a mountain, sadly not quite high enough to be able to see the sea, which is only 15 minutes by car. The villa is well equipped and extremely comfortable, our nine-year-old daughter appreciated the Netflix on the TV! Only access to the bedrooms is via a spiral staircase, which would not be suitable for the very old or infirm. The ensuites were excellent with good showers. The choice of ceiling fans and or air conditioning was appreciated in the recent high heat.
Outside, the saltwater pool was also extremely nice, And the outside fridge a bonus for the beer, prices compared to the UK are really cheap, and the owners were happy to recommend local restaurants and places to visit.
I can't recommend this villa highly enough, please ensure however that you get a GPS coordinate to find it, especially in the dark!
