Small house 50 m2 ideally located because central position in Quiberon (10-15 mn max feet from the different points of Quiberon: downtown, beaches, port, supermarket). Quiet neighborhood, bay side (near Port-Haliguen).
Re-equipped and fully modernized in 2013, very clean. Small but very functional because a lot of storage.
1 living room with flat screen TV, dvd player, equipped with a new BZ sofa with large bedding and superior quality (size 160 x 200, mattress for daily sleeping, 2 people).
1 well-equipped independent kitchen in small household appliances and crockery, with washing machine.
1 room equipped with 2 mattresses and sommiers "twin" (size of each 80 x 200), which can be contiguous to constitute 1 bed of torque.
1 bathroom with shower.
1 independent toilet.
Closed courtyard to park your car.
Cellar to store your fishing equipment, beach or your bikes.
Small terrace at the front with small garden table.
Large terrace at the back, parasol and barbecue, overlooking garden of 150 m2 in lawn.
