View of the magnificent François Bay

We had a great time in this apartment. It is located on a quiet spot in Francois, 5-10 min walk to the center, with direct view on the sea. The kitchen is well equipped, especially the fact that there is a big dishwasher made it very comfortable for us. Big fridge/freezer combination. In the main room as well as in the bedroom are ventilators which were great against the mosquitos. The bedroom has a big window with a nice view to the sea. The air conditioner is working properly. Also the pool is very relaxing. Wifi works well, we had no issues. The special fact about the flat is: the owner is a pest exterminator so we never saw a cockroach (even if you should expect things like this in a warm island like Martinique) and he was very kind to give us all available Repellents, mosquito sprays when we had some issues with mosquitos or sandflies. Entertainment: Pascal the owner was always very kind and open hearted, ready to explain everything to us as well as to help us plan our holiday in Martinique (visiting “Clement Rhum”, Anse noire, gave us great tips for island tours, restaurant tips….). the highlight was for sure the 2 boat trips Pascal offered us. He took us on his own boat out to some island where we meet some friends of him, and just enjoyed drinking “ti punch” in the sea and waiting for the chicken on the barbeque on the !!!boat!!! to be ready. This possibility to have somebody spending 2 days with us on his own boat was extraordinary – thanks again.
