It's within walking distance to Fulton Pier, many restaurants and bars, and there’s a public boat launch right around the block. Only 2.9 miles from Rockport Beach and downtown shopping. Sleeps six - 2 beds (King and Queen) 1 Serta sleeper, 1 bath, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking for car and boat, BBQ pit, fenced yard.

We came in for Oysterfest which has become a bit of a tradition for our family. The location of this property is perfect for the occasion. Walking distance to the fair grounds as well as many restaurants. Was lovely to take your coffee up to the deck and enjoy the view in the morning. Cottage is small but has everything you need for a weekend away (cozy beds, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to play games in the living room).

The cottage was so fantastic, close to Fulton pier and downtown Rockport. The Melting Pot is steps away and the rooftop porch had fantastic views. Linda and Frank were wonderful hosts and I'd highly recommend choosing this cottage if you're looking to stay in Rockport!

The house was very clean and had so many amenities. The family games and children’s dinnerware were much appreciated! The beds were also extremely comfortable. The location is great and close to so much. I would definitely recommend staying here!
