Luc and Nicole DESPOUY welcome you all year round in their charming residence in Occitania at the gates of Quercy on a 10 ha estate in the Tarn et Garonne in Septfonds near Caussade, Montauban and St-Antonin-noble-val.

Swimming pool heated by solar panels, shared with a gîte for 2 people.

Linens provided. In winter, heating is included in the price. Free WIFI

Option end of stay cleaning to provide extra if you want a quiet vacation until the last day

On-site activity: ping pong table and racket, pétanque field and pétanque balls, badminton, bicycle (2 adults and 2 children)

Beautiful rustic place, with a lot of space to roam around in. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen / bbq as it was raining on the only days we were free to do that, it was late September / early October so not that surprising. We know the area well and there's lots to do, one of my favoutite areas of France.

The house and surrounding area is beautiful, the hosts are very kind, the house is well equipped. We've had a lovely break. Very good value for the money. :)
