This is a 300 square meters seaside villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and amazing sea-views. A direct sea access is available.
To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water.
The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location.
Sauna and Turkish Bath are available at the property, one hour and 30 minutes included in the price.
A garage suitable for 1 cars is available and included.
Geographically Ravello location but walking distance to the town of Minori (5 minutes walk). You will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.
Many other popular attractions are nearby.
With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.
►► Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy some music with the sound system.
Fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs, a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and a pizza oven. This pizza oven can be used only by our professional pizza maker (when needed).
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.
►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the same floor. Third bathroom with outdoor shower available on the large rooftop terrace.
All 3 bedrooms outfitted with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.
All 3 beds are king size. An extra baby bed is available too.
The two bathrooms offer a stand up shower. Each bathroom has an hair dryer and there is a first aid kit in one bath. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body-wash.
Third bathroom on the rooftop terrace will have a toilet and sink plus an outdoor shower. We also provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
►► Laundry.
There is a washer and dryer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.
►► Outdoors.
There is a large rooftop terrace with amazing sea-views and a jacuzzi.
A grill is available and we provide grill tools.
On request a professional chef is available at any time.
There is a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.

Marco is without a doubt the most gracious and attentive host we have ever had. He greeted us when we arrived, assisted with luggage. He helped us arrange transportation (Civitecchia cruise port and FCO airport transfers as well as local rides) which is critical as taxis and ubers are very difficult to get. The views from the rooftop terrace are amazing and worth every step. Marco arranged a pasta class at the property with a nationally known chef that was phenomenal. Marco saw to our every need and ensured that we were well taken care of.Be aware that the Amalfi coast can be challenging to get around and the onsite parking will only accommodate small vehicles. Having Marco arrange rides is highly advised.

All the reviews were accurate, Marco went out of his way every step of the way to help make our stay even better than expected, from hiking and restaurant suggestion to setting up our boat rental and the cooking lessons. Cooking lessons may have been the highlight with Chef Nausica. We learned lots and enjoyed a special meal. We really could not have had a better experience. Minori was the perfect location for my wife and I. We were able to visit Positano but return to Minori that is far less touristy. Thank you Marco and team!

Beautiful villa and great location! We have traveled a lot and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed. The terraces are huge and provide an amazing view of the water and coast. We spent every evening in the hot tub at sunset. The three large bedrooms suited our family of four and provided everyone some personal space at the end of the day. We also took advantage of the walkout terrace on the two bedrooms overlooking the water. It was very warm and the air conditioning provided some nice relief.Normally we use the kitchen quite a bit when we travel but we dined at the great restaurants in town. The villa was completely stocked with beverages and snacks for those not wanting to venture down the hill to the grocery store. Kids also used the gym to catch a quick workout.Minori is a beautiful and quaint town and suited us well. We found it much less crowded than the other coastal towns.Marco was a great host and took care of everything we needed. Check in and check out easy and we certainly needed his help parking in the garage. Be careful if you drive as the roads are very windy and narrow.

Family of 6 and our first time in Amalfi. We loved staying in Minori at this place. The town was small with plenty of restaurant and boating options and literally a 5 min walk from the villa. Marco was great. Having essentially a concierge at your fingertips in Amalfi is very useful. They arranged all of our transport, a pizza making class and even dinner reservations/recommendations. Your place comes fully stocked. No need for groceries. And with a hot tub, sauna and steam option, what’s not to love. We would definately stay here again.
